Anyone know if the lake is coming up at all? I haven't had the opportunity to look at the lake since before ice went out and the ice was really sagging from shore then.

Drove past Island last Saturday and the level was almost back to where it was last summer, maybe a foot or two lower. I would guess it was down ten feet or more at the end of the winter. It's crazy to think of how much water it takes to fill that lake up.

Just about back to summertime levels thanks to all the rain. 1 foot to go.

Minnesota Power likely won't fill it much higher than where it is. I know they get people that complain when the get it to high. You can't make some people happy no matter what.
