OTC for bull always, usually lots of left overs (cows) in the zone we hunt. After the draw, you can see the number of left overs available for each zone online. I'll watch the number and if it gets close to 100 I'll pull the trigger and buy a tag from the website, otherwise I wait till we get to Wally-World.
