Was out yesterday from 1:00 to 4:oo water temp was 46 degrees when I started 47.5 when I finished. Caught 14 crappies three were 9inches the rest smaller and three bass 12-16inches felt great to be out in a boat again,I was fishing the south end.

Spent some time on Chisago this morning. Fish were active in areas where you could find 49 degree water. Depths were 4-7 feet and white tubes seemed to work the best. Main lake held larger fish but the numbers were in the back bays...

you were in my back yard and didn't even call, what's up with that Matt? We were on flake didn't get much water seems really warm already I think my temp is not working correct on the sonar

went to coon sunday night same temps there still nothing decent in the bays there either.

Yeah, those are pretty warm for main lake right now. Coon had main lake temps in the upper 50's too?

yeah thats why Im thinking something was amiss, lowest temp I saw both days was like 56. When I go out this weekend ill have to ask someone what they are getting on theirs and see how far off it is. its a brand new boat and depthfinder installed by the factory so i dont think it is in a bad spot or anything.

I was on Chisago on Tuesday. Water temps on the north end were 56-58 degrees.
