It would be hard to move 3000 lbs of boat on 16 ft carpeted bunks but just in case I let out 2 1/2 ft of strap and then lock off the winch and back'er in slow and she floats to exactly where it's easy to start the big motor then unhook the strap and

Went to B.E. fished 12:00-6:00 2 for me 1 for buddy. Didn't do as well as others. I saw a limit in a live well and heard many good reports. All fish I see are about 15 inches.

Try trolling a Perch colored #4 Salmo Hornet. They run around 7' deep on 8lb fireline 30' back. This is the best search lure I have found for this time of year. let it tick bottom once and a while.

braid: spiderwire Fluro, I used vanish last year and really like it for 10lb test and under, however I will never use greater than 10 again! This year i bought a bunch Vicious floruo... will be trying it out shortly.

happened to me last year ,I was fishing on a metro lake after dark was only one on lake when i heard a car squelling its tires on shore thought kids just playin around and didnt think anything of it.Gave up fishin about midnight and headed in ,hooked
