Ha! Funny--I went to the big Orange home box store Saturday for some stain and wood prep for my front porch and you could have rolled a bowling ball down the aisles for lack of dudes in there.

There were 4 cashiers all in one spot waiting to take my money...I got a lot done this weekend.

how big is your front porch? I can't believe it took 4 cashiers to ring you up, although, I have run into so doozies at HD before

Well, the front porch is large--it's a 106 year old Farmhouse, so the FP is end-to-end.

What I should have said is that there were 4 cashiers with nothing to do at their registers cuz it was so quiet in there!

I know what you were saying. My wife and I went out to dinner friday night, there were a lot of Deer hunting widows at the bar, and they weren't quietly sipping zinfindel

i installed a bath fan in my bathroom, and painted it this weekend in between sitting for an hour in the morning and evening. too warm. too much corn in the fields.

Get a Bow or a Muzzleloader if you don't have one already. It looks like the late season will have better conditions than this year's regular gun season.

I quit rifle hunting many years ago, and this is annually the most productive weekend of the year for us. We raked and bagged 15 bags of leaves, mowed the yard, cleaned windows, cleaned out and stored the boat, etc... We always make it out to eat one day as well, and it's nice being out without many people around town...
