These are Guide Shirts made by IDI Gear and insulated with Insultex, the same insulation used in Artic Armor suits! They are lightweight and comfortable and VERY warm. The micro-twill fabric is treated so water beads up and runs off without soaking in. Guide Shirts make a great outer layer on cool days and a great inner layer on really cold days. The Guide shirts are on close-out and quanities are limited. Save 45% or more! See them at Insulated Guide Shirts At Pro Fishing Supply. Shipping is FREE!

Have any XXL by any chnace? I wish I did but Large and X-Large are the only sizes left. The Guide Shirts run really big, most guys would be able to order 1 size under their normal size and be comfortable --- but as tall as you are I don't think there'd be enough length in the XL.

Hey PJ, for a "Sturdy" 260# guy just under 6', would an XL work? I usually wear XXL or XLT is even better. But I hate "short" shirts or jackets. Thnx. They look like nice shirt/jacks.

Just ordered one to check it out, sounds good Quick question - how come there is sales tax on clothing for MN? Is that new, or have I just not been checking my receipts lately?... thanks. edit - thanks PJ, got your email. Looking forward to the shirt.

Got mine yesterday. It is nicer than the pics show. The back has the opening like the fishing shirts, for evaporation/breathing. The body and arms are long in the XL. While not "tight" the belly of XL is pretty filled up with my 260# on 5'11"/6' frame with a t-shirt under it The tag says "eliotex", is that the same as Insoltex? I am guessing so, as it looks the same. It is very thin and comfy, and not noisy. Glad I got it, will use it this weekend deer hunting.

Thanks Rick and Chris! The tag says "eliotex", is that the same as Insoltex? It's the same material, eliotex is the original name they used but they later changed the name to Insultex.

I purchased a pair of Arctic Armor bibs and a guide shirt from PerchJerker today. He is a very helpful person, and recommend him to you if you are considering a purchase of Arctic Armor. Thanks Dave!
