Go with white! Dark colors are hard to keep clean.

I have a 175 Dominator and it is black with a 115 Merc 4-stroke on it. Black on Black is really sharp. I have a Maroon truck that matches the accent of the Alumacraft maroon. I say it does look good. As with the color, it doesn't get hot at all in my experience so far. The dock rashes are another story. I put the first dock rash in it this opener guiding at the Governor's opener on WBL and it hurt a lot seeing the scar. The black does look good though, and I don't think I would trade it for a white one. Good Luck in picking out the boat and whatever color you do pick, one can't go wrong with an Alumacraft.

I would go with white. My last boat was black and hard to keep clean and shows everything.

White!!!! we have a black trophy 180....never again!! might even haul it down to alumacraft in the spring and have them turn it into a white one!

My dad and I have a black Lund Rebel SS XL and it is hard to keep clean and does show scratches/rock chips easily. I'm wishing we would have went with red instead.
