Snacking on some now and it is tasty! And about as easy as it gets...
Brown off one pound of ground meat, I used venison. I also tossed in some salt, pepper, and garlic powder while gooking. Drain it well...
Over low heat add one jar of cheese whiz and one can of med or hot chunky salsa. The med becomes mild after mixing with the cheese and meat, and likewise the hot turns into medium. Mix it all up for a minute and she's done. Serve with tortilla chips and some jalopenos on the side if you like. My favorite chip with this is those Frito's corn chip Scoops. Sometimes I add a packet of taco mix while cooking the meat.
Easy to make and it disappears at partys...

I have another one like that....

Take a pound of ground hamburger... brown it up (salt season as you like)

Take 2 "sticks" of phili cream cheese and plunk em both in.. let them melt over the meat and mix till everything is evenly coated.

Then drop in some jalapenos all over the place. (They turn fairly mild after going through this)... not very hot at all.

Trust me... it's good (not necessarily good for you though! lol)

Heres the best one I have ever had. 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, 1.5 lbs Velveeta Mexican Cheese, Pace Picante Sauce to your desire, and a little bit of milk. This is what everyone one requests at the Hunting Farm every fall.

I like that sausage idea. Maybe I'll mix it in with this recipe:

1 lb. hamburger browned
1 large Velveeta
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 Tbsp Worcy sauce

Crock pot it and it actually tastes better the 2nd time you heat it up.

You can use it as a condiment as well. It's awesome on a bratwurst or polish!

Those all sound awesome. Gonna have to make a batch and take it to the fish house with me.

Made the dip again last weekend. We had a bunch of leftover ham so I made up ham sandwiches and topped them with and dipped them in this dip. WOW!
