I can't plan that far ahead due to my real job. If things are going okay maybe I'll come down and hang out. Business wise... it would be fun to pick some brains about rods.

I signed up to be a Marshal when it opened on November 18th for regular BASS members. I signed up to Marshal on Kentucky Lake. I picked Kentucky Lake because being from the Midwest and being a tournament guy. I know Kentucky Lake hosts alot of Regionals from our area. I picked this as a great way to learn Kentucky Lake by riding along with 3 Elite Series Pros and I'm hoping to learn something new from each angler. I personally would love to get paired with 3 different type anglers. A jig fishermen, a cranker and a finesse guy. I would love to see how they fish each lure and the patterns they each figured out.

The only thing that stinks, is that nobody is allowed to prefish with the Pros during the official practice period. I'm in contact with Derek Remitz to maybe ride along with him for practice on Tuesday to see how he practices because I personally think that is the most crucial part of tournament fishing, figuring out a pattern and how to attack it to be successful.

The Kentucky Lake tournament is the only event that is fished Wednesday to Saturday instead of the normal Thursday to Sunday.
