Bonus Tags ?

My brother bought a bonus tag during the firearms season and never used it. He was never asked for a number for the tag. Can this tag be used during the muzzleloading season in a Managed or intensive harvest area?

yes, but he still has to buy the regular Muzzleloader licens for it to be legal. He would just have two tags instead of one so hopefully he can get into an intensive harvest area.

Yes, as long as the 2 deer quota for any management area hasn't been reached. I.E, you have only shot one deer in a managed area.
