Anybody know how much ice is on Poinsett or if there has been anybody fishing it yet?

I would guess anywhere from 2-4" right now. Havent been there myself so I may be off, but thats about what most of the ice is looking like right now around the area.
Others are walking on some of the lakes but I will probably wait until the end of this week to get out after we see some colder temps.

I will be spending three days starting the 26th at the cabin on Poinsett. According to the resort owner today no one has even ventured out on to the lake yet. Where is everyone that is usually on Poinsett?
