if your buddie is getting big eyes on a lake i fish alot that starts with an s he must be getting them in a boat cuz im still waiting to get out there its wide open and full of whitecaps .

Lots of Lakes, Lots of people fishing, I know of a bunch of lakes that are fishable, where 'eyes are biting.

cant be certain about the south end but the big lake is wide open . thanks for getting back on thread..

is there alot of geese keeping it open? i know big lake is open in the middle still from all the geese

just a deeper lake and late to freeze

North End of Maple -off of Cty Rd 37 (parts of S. end still open
Dan's Lake
Edwards
French ? heard but have not seen
Francis
Limestone ? heard but not seen
Bass
Grass

notice the ones that ends in S , two are verry good but it is one of them ..

i live just off the lake and the whole thing i still open, maybe tonight will do something but it ushally takes a while..
and john has good 4-5 in

even the south side?

not anymore.. as of this morning the south side and just north of the penninsula had a sheet of ice. and tommrow morning is going to look even better with this cold weather tonight and tommrow im think walkable is a maybe by monday or tuesday..but were suppose to get an inch or two tommorw night i hope it dosnt slow down that ice...
