It is in good condition. I bought it new, but have used it less than 20 times over past four seasons. The tarp is in very good shape (only one small pinhole on the side). The stitching, zippers and windows are all excellent. The frame slides & locks nicely, one ceiling rod is slightly bent, but still slides together for storage. The suitcase and hole covers are all in good shape except one cover latch that is cracked but still works. Check the photos below.
