I did a search and didn't find anything that satisfied my curiosity...

I am wondering if anyone has experience with putting different colors of 1156 bulbs in the 12v overhead lights in their wheelhouse. I was thinking that the regular white lights could be a bit bright or harsh for fishing in the evening. I was thinking maybe red or yellow? Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance...
