I will have to ask my Dad tonight. He lives on Sallie. Not to far away from the access. See if anyone has ventured out there or not. Maybe he will go pop a couple holes if I ask nice.

I haven't seen anyone out there while I've been at work. There is a wicked pressure ridge that has formed from the Pelican R inlet at Dunton Locks clear out to the west. Never seen one there before. Might not be an issue to many anglers right now, but could be a nasty hidden surprise to a snowmobiler once we get some snow.

If I make it out this weekend I'll stop by and say hi panman. I'm sure we'll probably be fishing near the same area.

My Dad said there have been people in the usual first ice spot of the access, but hasn't seen anyone venture further than that. He hasn't been down to the lake to check the ice yet.
