What color green? I may have some Otter repair canvas in green that would work but I will have to ckeck.
I know I have some purple. Otherwise try L&M in Cloquete or wally world in Hermantown. Marine General has the green Otter canvas kit for sure. I just talked to Russ and its there. I think its 20" by 18".

Your best bet is Marine General if Otter Green is ok. If not call L&M in Lumberjack town.
Or go to Eskimos website and order direct from them. Their site has them for $10.

I would say so as long as you stay away from current and the dam areas along with the pressure ridge on fish. It sounds like 5" plus most places though

Most spots I have been on fish lake have 6-8" of ice. Rice about the same and boulder also. Like said above stay away from d a m s and current areas and you can walk anyplace and wheeler/sled 90%. I will never say the ice is safe. I like to hang real close to shore until I get to the point I have to cut out with the sled this time of year. Stay away from the sheeples and you will get some fish.

I would say it is plenty safe for foot travel. Like Northlander said, just stay close to shore and make sure you have a spud bar. Probably be wheelers buzzing around by this weekend.
