Stay at ballards they have nice sleepers they will keep you on the fish and if the arenot booked they will pick you up and bring you to a day house, they are more expensive but worth it for the firts trip. You could also try Wheelers Point very nice people very very very clean sleepers and about 30-40 bucks cheaper a nite, another piece af advice is if you can go mid-week try that it costs less and it is not quite so busy.

Lyon's has decent sleepers also. They also have day houses to use...

zipple bay has very big sleepers.you can even request wath depth you want it in.but there lots of nice houses anywhere ya go these days.
