Hi All, This is my first post on this Great Site.
I felt it necessary to join because of the post I am responding to. I have read the rules of this site and it does not allow for false information. Even though not totaly untrue, I feel obligated to add some information that is true.

I have fished with this gentleman for about 15 years. He is generally quite truthful. However, WE did not catch walleyes.

I, however, did catch 3. Yes, this was more than he caught last year!

We went out again today and caught some more perch and lost a couple nice walleyes just under the ice. OOPS, I and my son each lost one.

I don't want to give him to much grief, he does take me along quite a bit and he does occasionally outfish me.

Take care all, and thanks for having me.

Hey are you two related? I see you both have the same last name "Guy" laugh I enjoy watching those around me catching fish and if I never catch another fish I will be happy just trying to. I will admit that water guy out fished me on the walleyes but I was trying out my new perch rod from thorne Bros. and thus I did out fish him on the perch. Welcome aboard water guy, did you see they have a football forum here?? You can get some great fantasy advice there. Too late this season for you cry but better luck next year. I am smellin CHAMPIONSHIP

Now 'THAT IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT'

Tell your brother to plan on a trip New years weekend and bring some cash cause it is 5.00 a day for biggest fish. I will then be trying out my walleye rod so watch out. And tell him that he cannot bring fish in his pockets and throw them in the pail when we leave the house for a few minutes like he did last year

I've seen both of you fish and you fish like you both play fantasy football. You both are lucky! Well Kevfish is, but the "Championship" won't be going to him this year as once again my name will be on it. Yep Waterguy, better luck next year! Didn't we tell you that last year and the year before that? Thanks for the donation!

I am driving all the way from Brewster, we have some driving all the way from Mankato, LeSeur and further. Anyone is invited to attend, it is just a suggestion to meet new people, and get new tips but not manditory by any means. Sarah has been chosen because of it's diversity in fish population and number of species. Plus the SW part of this forum ranges come out to put Sarah about smack dab in the middle! It is a fun time, and only about a 30-40 minute drive. Pretty short by most standards, we hope you can make it, but understand if you can't!!! Happy Fishing and have a great Thanksgiving!

I'll be hitting Cottonwood a couple times this winter. I'll let ya know when and we can wet a line. I'd like to try Timber lake also. I've fished it once last winter and totally smoked the perch, but they were borderline too small so I tossed em back. Hopefully they grew up a bit this summer.

And here I was going to make you some jigs for icefishing... I guess I'll have to think about that. I remember giving you a jig that you caught a nice walleye on earlier this year and you accuse me of cheating. It isn't my fault you and Water Guy have to go outside to relieve yourselves every hour...maybe that's why he choose the name Water Guy? hmmm...

You'll have to find a good lake to hit this year. Your fish guiding has to be better then my brother's deer guiding was. I could have almost fit that buck in my pocket.

Looking forward to a few days fishing on hard water in MN.
