planning on going to floyd on thursday. I have never fished there wondering if i could get any advice on where to go.

Haven't fished it yet this year. NW corner usually does pretty well. I would guess there are some holes already out there to give you an idea on the area to start. We usually do pretty well on the lake between Big and Little also. Don't know if I would venture through the passage back there yet. It has moving water and if there is ice there, it's probably not to thick yet. Let me know how you do. On call this weekend so can't get out.

My in-laws live on Little Floyd. I usually get northerns on the flags. There are a lot of them in that lake! How did you do? I plan on fishing it around Christmas time. I can never seem to find the crappies out there. Anyone know some spots to try for them on this lake? Thanks.
