Just about 4-5 inches on the west bay. the 'eyes are not much longer than the ice thickness! rest of the lake has open water except for the southeast bay. odd start to the ice season...again!. Geneva still has two odd patches of open water mid lake.

How much snow did the Miltona/Alex. area get this week? Also, how is the ice shaping up on Miltona and Ida? I am hoping to get the wheeler out, is next week going to be possible, or is it looking more like two weeks?

I was out on miltona people were driving small cars out in the west bay and in Tamarac bay there was some 4-wheelers out there. There was still some open water in the middle as of sunday but that could have changed in the last few days! Be safe! As for ida I saw one big house out on the north end but thats it.

Talked to one of our delivery guys today and he said he put his fish house out on Saturday and had anywhere from 7" down to 3". He was on the North side.
