Fished on Upper Trelipe this weekend and there was about 4.5 inches around the edges and only about 2 inches in the middle of the lake. Drove by Leech Sunday afternoon (11/30) and the main lake looking out from whipholt there was ice as far as i could see with alot of pressure ridges and rough ice. However drove through walker and walker bay was wide open and there were 3 boats launched at the walker city public access.

Drove by Woman lake on hwy 5 side on Sunday, all iced over but did not see any one out there yet, they have been fishing back in the bay out in front of Woman lake inn and the Green roof lodge but I dont know how thich the ice is, sorry not much help for you.
