how is mazaska and shields looking?

I counted 5 portables on Shields on Saturday. 2 Portables in Kaderliks Bay and other 3 out by the deep hole. Mazaska just froze over last week so I haven't seen anybody fishing it yet. Did see 2 kids playing on the ice by shore.

Open water on both Shields and Mazaska this morning when I drove by.

Hows the river at the LeSueur bridge TO ? Still iced up?

It's fishable from the bridge, North but not from the bridge, South.

When i drove by at 5:30 pm Elysian had 3 portables on the north side by the landing.. Unknown what the ice thickness is out there.

The only fishing that I've seen on Mazaska are all of the eagles hanging out there.

there was about 6-7 guys in like 3 portys on kelly dudley on saturday, today on the way to mankato i looked over and saw 2 shacks on cannon, my buddy went out after work as well, idk where he went to.

Hey guys, I was out on French yesterday directly in front of the boat launch. I only made it out to about 13 fow, I found the ice to be about 3 inches give or take a half inch. Had one crappie on in 9 fow and lost it at the hole nothing else the rest of the afternoon.
