Walked on hardwater today after work, didn't go out to far but the ice is two inches or better. Bring on the cold weather, fishing can't come fast enough. Heard through the grapevine that there was two porties on Benton by town, might be a little to early yet but I know their pain. Better to wait a little bit and let it get thicker than risk life for a fish. Be safe out there, fishing will come soon enough.
