2001 fishing laws

Has anyone heard what the laws for winnie will be next year? I heard they might drop the limit on northerns and walleye to two fish and then eleminate the slot. If anyone knows let us know. Gary

A meeting will be at the Gosh Dam restraunt Wed the 19th at 1:00PM to go over the new law proposels.Try to make it if you can.Hope to learn more then and will post it when I hear anything. ------------------

The DNR is pushing for state wide changes for the 2001 year people should call the DNR in StPaul1-888-minndnr and get the info from them.Also ask for a meeting for your area then get as many people as you can to go to the meeting. ------------------
