Yeah its pampas grass. Some say its not hardy north of Winona. But people who actually try it find that its a bit aggressive in and around the Twin Cities.

How does Pampas grass comnpare to Silver Feather? That seems to be popular after doing some research.

Do a search on "tall prairie grass". This is pretty unique stuff and when I saw the pics, I thought it was the prairie grass.
