It's true that Blair suffered a severed spinal cord and will be paralized from at least the waist down permanently. Although I was never a fan of his, I was sad to hear of his misfortune. Truly a blow to the sport of snowmobiling, however I believe he will continue to lead a major role in Blair Morgan Racing which will benifit many who chose to follow in his path.

Blair apparently suffered a spinal injury (middle back) from a crash while practicing for the Montreal SuperCross at Montreal. He underwent a surgery, that went well, but it was discovered, from the vertebrae separating, that the spinal cord was severed, causing him to be paralyzed from mid-back down...

From the news report... he fractured his T-4 and T-5 vertebrae, causing the spinal cord to be severed... although with the paralysis, hes recovering and plans are being made to move him to a facility closer to home... Hes off the ventilator, fully awake and aware of everything... mental capactity is normal...

Few had said that he just got pitched off his dirt bike after doing a jump... and his teammate, Brent Turcotte, said it was something Blair usually walked away from, but not this time...

I searched his name and found some articles on the accident. That's a big reminder that your life can change in the blink of an eye.

Thats all Ski-[PoorWordUsage] could do... steal talents while Arctic Cat produced them... Arctic Cat gave Blair his chance... and he took the sport by storm... his races with Tucker Hibbert was what made legends...

Hanson... that's a beautiful poster of Blair and his Arctic Cat team...

Sure am gonna miss his famous finishes...

I dont really think you can point the finger at Ski- Doo. You are correct about Cat giving Blair the chance but there is a lot of other stuff that we don't know about behind the screens that went on. Blair being from Canada might of had something to do with him going to a company that is based in Canada. He also had a really big part in the ideal of the Rev Snowmobile for Ski-Doo. That is why they made a Blair Morgan addition in late 2003 to make sure he got credit were credit was deceived.

Either way he was what made Snowcross what it is today. Tucker did help also but Blair was there all the time!!!
