Hey Guys I am going up to the Big V this thursday. It looks like it's cooling down up there. I was just woncdering whats working for walleyes. Has the bite moved off of Leeches to Minnows/crawlers ? With the weather cooling down. I was hoping to time it right where i can jig for them in the shallow 8 -12 feet. Dragging a rig is fun, but there is nothing like bumping the bottom with the jigs in the shallows.
thanks,

bigminnow

Just got back and crawlers are still going good. All fish this past weekend were 15 and shallower. We used combo spinners and rigs. Caught many big fish and just enough eaters.
