We hunt in south west Montana. I was just curious as to who elk hunting in Montana and where (what mountain range)??

Hey Camdu7, I am going to the Absorka's in WY as well. I go in on Oct 7 though. Who are you going with or is it a self guided hunt?

Well good luck to everyone and make sure you fill me in on how it went!! This is my second year and we leave at the end of October.. I can't wait!
Anyone ever see any grizzy or cats out hunting?
