passing up sodak opener to hunt with some friends in western minnesota. so i'll be out as well. doing my last minute "e-scouting"  and packing up right now.

Yeah we had a pretty good year this year. The way it looks right now we wont be racing weekly there or anywhere next year, but only time will tell.
We ended up with 24 geese yesterday and 8 more today. Anyone else get into any?

Hunted the area sat and sunday. Got the big 0 saturday. Hunted a wheat field sunday and shot 9 with two buddies, had to call it a day at 9:30 or we prob could have shot more. Fun hunt sunday, 4 flocks flew by, and decoyed two. We shot 5 out of a flock of seven, got out of the blinds and chased down/ shot the cripples, then realized the other two we missed were still circling the area. We ran back to our blinds, hopped in and decoyed the other two immediatly and shot them also. Wont be back down to SW MN till duck opener. Good luck boys.
