The first image looks like a Nashville Warbler to me. We see alot of them in the spring. The second seems to be an immature warbler of some kind. It looks like the foliage could be giving some false color on the bird, although I like it. Fall warblers and immature's make it alot of fun trying to figure out what species they are. Both images make me feel envious!

On the first I'd have to go with a Ruby-Crowned Kinglet, and the second, a female Common Yellowthroat.

I don't know what they are but that first photograph is of the highest quality. It is as good as any professional wildlife photograph that I've ever seen. Props to you!!!!
