Ive heard of many alternatives being tried to figure this tough summer out. Double tens and spinner baits on downriggers. I have not heard any catches on them though.

I troll with downriggers in the late fall up here and it works pretty good. You can use lures that you normally can't get down to where you want to be at that time of the year.

Just one each, but when we are trolling in the late fall with the downriggers, we only run 2 total no matter how many are on board.
