Temps up here are starting to fall. last reading was 67 surface temp. The fish on winnie have been in the weeds and shallow rocks, the weed bite has been 6-10 ft on either side of the weeds with a jig and a minnow. Some have been using the crawler and lindy and also catching fish with some success also coming with trolling a shad rap or rattlin rap in the 8-10 ft. The crappies are starting to move out to the deep edges in cutfoot and verticle jigging them with a 1/16 oz fireball has been working great. mnfishingpros and lakewood lodge also did our annual handicap day out on sand lake with good success. 60 challenged people and 29 guides took them to Sand and caught enough fish to feed the whole bunch. walleyes were biting in the 10 ft range with a jig and minnow and we got some crappie and bluegills off the cribs in the deep water. Trout lake in Coleraine has been been doing well also. we havent been able to put alot in the box but lots of fish in the 20-25 inch range with some real dandies coming in. mostly jig and minnow anywhere from 15-27 ft. good luck fishing Jason www.mnfishingpros.comjason@mnfishingpros.com 218-999-5591
