After a morning of back breaking work installing a block retaining wall cry(actually been working on it since June!)...I managed to get out for a couple hours up on Maple Hill here in Hibbing to try and find some early fall colors...just recently been designated as a new sceninc type nature/hiking trail park....Nice for sure!..great for those nature pics!....here's a few from this late morning...




















a small secluded pond in the park "loaded" with painted turtles...
