Hey all:

The competitive lumberjack circuit came to Ely this weekend as part of the Harvest Moon Festival.

This post, as the title indicates, is one of three.

All photos in all three threads were taken with the Canon 30D and Canon 70-200 f2.8L, with ISO readings ranging from 400 to 1000, all handheld at f2.8. I had a lot of fun today. Reminded me of my days shooting sports.

Hope you have fun looking. smile smile

I love the flying sawdust and the end just falling off in that first shot!
