Located in Mahnomen County near Roy Lake. 240 acres with access to state land directly adjacent. State land is landlocked. Also, have another parcel of 80 acres with building site. Asking price is $1,000 per acre, but is negotiable.
Price reduced. 240 has been divided into two parcels. Parcel one is 160 acres with woods and approximately 70 acres of tillable ground, $850/acre. Parcel two is 80 acres of woods, $700/acre. Would you consider renting out the land for Deer Hunting season or possibly doing a hunting privlidges swap for some pheasant hunting land near Morris, MN???
