tacklejunkie, with all due respect: You can't discount Bush's record for this upcoming election because one of the candidates agreed with his decisions 95 out of 100 times. That's the biggest reason I'm voting to remove the republicans because you will have a mirror image of the current administration if we elect McCain.

After watching democrats lose election after election with this type of ticket over the years and make every excuse why they lost, well, all i can say is dont let your happiness be determined by who sits in the WH. the campaign has only just begun. honestly, who has more appeal to middle america, the Mccain/Palin ticket or the obama/biden ticket? be honest

Barack Osama er... i mean, Obama can go out there and say whatever he wants to the people at this convention and sure it all sounds great but can he do it? He says we will have all these new programs to help the people whom are out of work even though many of them aren't even trying to get into work. We should only help the ones that are trying... This is why The Soviet Union failed because people who make lots of money will just stop working so hard if they have to give it all away. Think about it. If you made 200,000 dollars a year and the government takes half of that to give to people who are sitting on their bum whats your incentive to work? I can go on and on about different failed programs he is going to run into in his socialist administration but I would be typing all night. I cant wait for him to face McCain in a debate where he will be shut down. Also remember McCain is just a compromise for Republicans. For most if Ron Paul would even come close to Obama on vote count he would be in office.

So we are now faced with a bunch of loud chatter on how the dems always increase spending or the promise that 4 more years of the same failed policies that ran up the debt won't make it worse.

Rich people pay the taxes. A vast majority of Americans don't pay taxes. How can there be a tax cut to those who aren't paying taxes?
