I thought I'd share my Father's catch. I suppose he can only go up from here.

I was confused until I saw Sled's avatar. Great thread and good luck catching an egg. No Trailor's dad must use loomis rods.

fishinJohn- Yep you kinda need to spend a little time in the bass forum and then you kind of know.. Ole Sleddie donest smile much but catches a ton of big bass... You would think with as many hogs as he catching he would be a happier guy... Or maybe that is what he looks like when he is happy.

LMAO@ Sleddie, that is not what I would call a smile.. looks like you have gas, and a big bass in your hands! One of these days, I'm going to have to make a drive up your way.

Those are some long arms, so I think it is difficult to judge the size of the fish. (Which is probably what the initial poster was getting at.)

Dietz, I'll come with ya up to Sled's neck of the woods. I have a few friends that make it up to the area in mid May and I might just have to join them next year...

it's easy to see the size of a bass because you can judge it off of the persons hand compaired to the fish.
I agree, thats not a very big smile. keep trying sled!

I believe that fish was either a fat 19" or 20".
