Learn some respect for the big man in office. He might not be the best, but for 1 minute imagine the digital world existed for all of our past presidents. Talk about a mess. We might not even have a president anymore....who would want the job.

after carter, i swore i would never vote to have one party run DC. when the dems ran everything in the late 1970's, whoa, disaster. then when the repubs ran everything in 2002-2006, forget it. so, i feel safe voting for McCain. Mccain will have the presidency, the dems the congress, and they can just fight for the next 4 to 8 years

Yeah, what it mostly boils down to is democrats will be democrats and republicans will be republicans. In the end, we're all Americans....that's the good part!

The rest of it is just blah blah blah....yada yada yada. Each person will vote the way they want. It's clear to me that most who participate in these political discussions already know who they're going to vote for. But the entertaining part is the lengths to which they'll go to convince other's that their vote is the right one....even those who disagree with them just as adamantly.

Makes for good reading and entertainment.

I know I've said my peace on here in 2 or 3 posts. And that was enough for me. I got my personal view out there, now I'm laying it to rest and just enjoying the rest of the conversation.
