I'm wondering if the resorts are renting boats or running launches in October? I'm looking to do some fishing on LOW or on Rainy River in October. Any advice to help me with this trip will be apprecated.

Thank You

I would say getting on a launch if you dont have a boat, this will allow you to learn the river a little bit and the guides can usually put you on some fish. I have been fishing the Rainy alot of years in Oct. some years are just better than other years. You can just about get all the info you need right here for where, when, and how. Good Luck!

You will be able to rent small boats. Most resorts have
a few rentals. There should still be charters running also.

Call the resort your plan to go out of and ask them about
the details

Have fun
