Anyone else try the new place next to the Liquor store by steves? Thought it was pretty good.

Yes, ordered the Big Juan on Wednesday evening. It's pretty much the same as a Red Pepper Grinder and nothing short of terrific. The Big Juan was quite filling with chips on the side. Fresh fried chips, good Chipotle salsa. I'll be stopping by there again the next time up. Someone did comment that the tacos were good, but quite small. Oh, they have UffDa Tacos also, which looked good as well.

Pretty much the same as a Grinder...wow that's saying a lot. Do they have the big stryofoam cups with the pellet style ice too? How about the velvet bull fighting mural? Can you help me out a little more with the location.

That would be on county road 172, on the right side next to Log Cabin bait just before the turn to Adrians Resort Road. Bill

Didn't order a bevvie. Took it back to the cabin and chased it down with the champagne of beers.

You probably won't see it coming from the south (east). But like WingDing2 stated, it's in the same building as the little off sale store next to Log Cabin.

WHAT????
The Red Pepper? A Grinder?
I'm a 1979 grad of Warren HS and
1984 of UND. I haven't had a grinder
in 24 years! A garbage plate was top
notch too. Thanks fellas for the memories.

Food was great and cheap. Nice to have a choice for food on the go.

There's a little room to sit and eat however the place isn't that big, so depending on how busy it is you might want to just take out. The food is pretty darn good there though. Nice little change up to the normal food selection at the lake!

For anyone else out there that is having a Grand Forks flashback, you can order grinder kits from the Red Pepper shipped to your home!

Double meat, double taco, double cheese, slam it!
