definately focus on the deep edges of the bars also the south shoreline can be a killer.... think small though... small buchtails rapalas and even spinnerbaits will be your best bet

I just fished French on Thursday and had fair success with spinnerbaits in the northwest shallow bay by the docks. Also caught a few fish on leeches with lindy rigs on south shore in about 18 fow...

The bass in my avatar actually came from that bay on Thursday

Did OK out there last night. A few keeper size eyes, 14.5 to 16" and one monstrous sheepie. I have never seen that big of sheephead before...yuck!
Everything caught on a jig with 2" fire tiger twister and worm or leech, and also a white 2" twister with leech or worm.

PDOGG...the exact spot and depth we were fishing at.

Shes getting shallow. I had all 4 truck tires in.

Just got back from out there...moving my friends dock, put another 32 feet on smirk Still only up to my waist 100 and some feet out. Next to your in-laws.

Heading back out with the boat after my kids t ball game.

That probably puts taking my boat out there out of the question (bunk trailer). Unless we get some big rain!

Hey, if you had to help get the sail boat out, someone can certainly help you get your boat off the bunks :p

It would be nice if it worked that way but for some reason it never does!
