I have only fished the Corny area a couple of times and that has been early in the year. So I wasn't using dipsy's. That being said, I like dipsy's. They produce. I also believe they can attract fish into your spread. But, there will be days when having divers in the water will shut down your spread. That's when you need to pull the dipsy's and put out some leadcore instead. Try using leadcore or snap weights instead of dipsy's and see if you start catching more fish.
