Is this a Cabin or a year round place

There is a deep well that provides water. We have used the place as a cabin, but it would be easy to conver the deep well to supply year round water to any home a person wanted to build. The cabin is not year round at this time. We use it during the winter for snowmobiling trips and it heats up well and quickly. We have a newer, electronic ignition propane furnace and fireplace. Both are approved by our insurance carrier. The furnace is high-efficiency. We draw water from the deep well during the winter days we are there. Please let me know how to reach you, if you wish.
