I went out this afternoon and caught a nice walleye below the dam. It weighed 4 1/2 - 5 lbs, and was 27" long. For the length I thought it would weigh more, but it's the biggest walleye I've pulled out of there to date....I'll post some pictures as soon as I can figure out how.

Congratulations! I have had the same experiences with all my bigger walleye's...Good length, but lacking in the girth department? Gotta catch 'em at the right time of the year, but still a good catch anyways.
I went out in my boat today on the river in town and it was pretty darn slow for me. Just a couple small Rock Bass and a lot of lite bites. At least someone was catching something.
