I just heard on the radio that Itasca State Park now offers wireless internet at there campground. Know you really can get away from it all and still be able to do it all! grin

Anybody know if this is a first or are there others that I am not aware of?

I don't know about State parks but a lot of other campgrounds offer it, including many KOAs and private ones.

I checked and the Itasca park is free. I couldn't find any other state parks that had it, but there are private ones that do. A web search should turn up something.

I heard it was free also. Since I heard on the news on the radio I would assume it is the first state park with wireless. You wouldn't think they would announce it if it wasn't?
