I guess its about time to update my graph. Just looking for some suggestions on what people like and find user friendly. I would like a combo graph with GPS, not real particular on brand, but willing to spend between $500-$1000. Let me know what you think anybody. Thanks in advance.

I have a Lowrance 520c and love it. I would highly recommend it. Also, give Thorne Bros a call as they are truly experts at electronics. Ask for Pat. He is extremely knowlegdeable and might even share some Lake Moses tips with ya!

I too have the 520C Lowrance and really like it. After having a color graph, I will never go back to standard. I just have to convince my wife I need a 520C up on the bow as well!!! I have the lakemaster chip in mine and it helps out immensely with structure. Just can't go wrong.

Lowrance 522c with the internal antennae is what I have on my ProV 1800 tiller and I would not trade it for anything. A Lowrance 520C with an external antennae is what would be best for a boat with a console, because there is less chance of interference with the satallite reception because of the windshield. 522C and the 520C are basically the same units but the 522 has internal antennae and 520 has external. I like lowrance because the menus are very user friendly and they are the same menu as my Lowrance ExpeditionC handheld GPS.

I have a lowrance 520 GPS and a Lowrance X26 GPS. I thought I finally upgraded from the Flinstones to the Jetsons when I bought these Lowrance units with the Lake map contours which I really like...However after recently going out this past Sunday in a freinds boat who has a Hummingbird GPS with the side imaging feature I feel I'm back to being Fred Flinstone again!
The side imaging feature is Phenomenal along with the gps color features of being able to color shade the lake contours on the mapping feature. After seeing and using it I would give up my lowrances today if I had someone to buy them and switch no questions asked!
