Not really serious about buying, but where on the north shore is this property? Is this a water access lot or does it have deeded shoreline? Road splitting property?

The Crows Nest addition owns over 800' of lakeshore (common lot). My lot sits in front of that lot Solbes so I can walk to the lakeshore without crossing a road or neighbors property. I spent a great deal of time looking at lakeshore around the state a few years ago. It's really the only way left in MN to get lakeshore without paying huge property taxes.
