I live around Indianapolis and wanted to know some lakes or reservoirs that is good for gills and crappie and I can us my big motor. I fish summit lake but, so does everybody else. The bass fishing at summit lake is good but, most are only around 1 pound.

I heard that Eagle Creek Reservoir was a good place to fish. Close to you too.

Eagle creek is a good place to fish, but they have a 9.9 hp motor limit. They have a lot of crappie in the 7-8 inch range.
