I have a garage I will need to tear down this summer (property lines adjusted and easment running out), and I'd love to see someone be able to put it to use. It probably needs to be disassembled to some degree, but shouldn't be too painful. Let me know if anyone is interested, and I can shoot you some pictures. It would also make a good boathouse.

I cleared it out this weekend, and noticed that the siding is cedar, which may be a desireable thing.

You've got mail, Wayne. It is on the southern end of Pokegama lake for a general area. I got news last night that it may not be a rush thing at this point, so I may have some additional time to get rid of the garage. It's a property line change thing.

I received the pictures. I think I am going to pass on the garage. I am 30 miles north of Grand Rapids. I figured if it was real close I would give it a try.

Jigglestick, I think there's a good possibility on moving it intact although I don't know how one typically accomplishes that. My main concern would be solidifying the bottom of it so the walls don't slide out or in. Can you post your email address and I'll get the pix sent?

I was more concernd about room to get out to the road, like tree clearance etc., and room to get a tractor and trailer in there.

You've got mail. I'll include a picture looking up the driveway. There should be plenty of room to swing it. Plenty of room to get in and out and make the turn on the road. I would guess the dimentions are 22-24' long by 12-15 wide. Would you like me to measure specifically when I'm up there next weekend (the 6/7/8th)?
