i will be in the monticello area may 22nd through the 26th visiting my sister and doing some fishing. i have access to a 16ft john boat that is not equipped with a motor and would greatly appreciate anyone's help in filling that void. i am a native of monticello currently living in tennessee and would be willing to provide 2-3 days of "guide service" on dale hollow lake (30 minutes from my house in tennessee) for anyone interested in exchanging services. i own a 2004 ranger 185vs but will be flying, not driving, to minnesota. thank you in advance for your help. i would also be willing to rent a small outboard.

Nice offer, I just had my first child otherwise I would jump in! I might suggest grabbing a pair of waders before you get here. I've been fishing Monti for years and have yet to do it in a boat! That being said it would be fun to be able to sit down and relax once in a while! Good luck hope the bite is on when you get here.

based on the realtime stream flow data, wading is probably not going to be an option.
